IMPORTANT DATES:

Sat Jan 13: Project Registration Opens (phased continuous released following)

Sun Feb 11: Final spots available for hackathon/project

Wed Feb 14 at 5PM UK / 9AM LA: Mandatory participation confirmation opens (Virtual & In-Person)

• Upon participation confirmation, within 24-72 hours you will get access to Slack, information about sponsor provided data, Participant Guide, Pre-Event customized Social Badge to Share

Sat Feb 17 at 5PM UK / 9AM LA: In-person participation confirmation closes

Wed Feb 21: In-person participants receive IRL location, arrival instructions & group assignment

Thu Feb 22 at 5PM UK / 9AM LA: Virtual participation confirmation closes

Fri Feb 23 at 4PM UK / 8AM LA: Mandatory Arrival Check-In Opens (Virtual & In-Person)

• Within approx 3 hours of Friday Arrival Check-In you will get your group assignment (virtual & in-person)

Fri Feb 23 at 5PM UK/ 9AM LA: Conference & Hackathon/Project Starts

Sat Feb 24 at 2AM UK / Fri Feb 24 6PM LA: Mandatory Friday Arrival Check-in Closes

Sat Feb 24 & Sun Feb 25: In-Person attendees meet IRL

Sat Feb 24 & Sun Feb 25: Daily Arrival Check-In
