Theo Feldman [Judge]

Theo Feldman is a multi-faceted music industry professional with a 10 year track record of developing sustainable artist careers and orchestrating memorable marketing initiatives. Most recently, he lead Artist Development efforts at TIDAL, working to bolster the careers of emerging artists through the launch of its RISING Program - a flagship initiative designed to support this community through musical collaboration and creative knowledge exchange so they can grow, thrive and build their careers with purpose and confidence. His entrepreneurial background includes success founding both a revenue-positive artist management company, and an independent record label in partnership with Sony Music Entertainment’s The Orchard. A graduate of Drexel University’s music business program, Theo emphasizes the importance of youth mentorship and giving back to the academic community.
