Joel Naga is a Congolese/Canadian music & tech executive, and founder of the artist development platform called filltheBLNK (fill-the-blank). He started his career as an artist manager before transitioning to the label world as a Marketing Manager at Warner Music Canada, and later Amazon Music as Artist and Label Relations Manager in Canada. During his time at the label, he was instrumental in the development of several Canadian artists including Charmaine, who went on to win a Juno Award on her debut single.
He now focuses on developing the startup filltheBLNK, which aims to be the go-to platform for artist development helping creative build confidence, community... and content.
