About this speaker
"Abaasa Rwemereza is an A&R and lecturer from Uganda. Following a passion for music, he pursued a career in live performance as a drummer. He then studied a diploma in audio engineering from S.A.E Institute Los Angeles, and completed his undergraduate studies in audio production from S.A.E Institute London. After a brief period living and working in Uganda as an audio production lecturer and music producer, he studied a Masters degree in Global Entertainment and Music Business from Berklee College of Music Valencia. He currently works as the Head of Record Label at Swangz Avenue in addition to being the program director for undergraduate students studying Art Direction & Design Strategy at Artfield Institute of Design."
